Back to menu planning after another extended absence. I am continually reminded that menu planning and prepping ahead of time is the key to our family's success on weeknights. I've made a goal to use my crockpot at least twice a week for the next little while, especially while we are all busy at suppertime and the weather is so cold. I bought Stephanie O'Dea's
"Make it Fast, Cook it Slow" and am planning to use her recipes on a regular basis. I've been a big fan of her blog for ages, and love having the book at my fingertips.
